Methods of Payment for Orders within the United States (all payment in US dollars)

Credit Card

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Please call or fax your credit card information to one of our sales staff. Please do not e-mail us your credit card information. This is the best option for our international customers.

Open Account

This is a net 30 days account. It requires pre-approval from our credit department. The prospective customer is required send us credit references (3 or more) and bank account information. This process can take from 1 to 3 days, depending on the response of the references. We require that the references have their fax numbers listed for processing.

C.O.D.

Check on Delivery account. This option is for customers within the United States only. This is usually the best option for those in a hurry and cannot wait for credit approval. Packages are sent out VIA UPS or FedEx.

Wire Transfer

This involves the electronic transfer of funds from the customer’s bank account to our bank account.

Prepayment

This is the least convenient method of payment for the customer. The customer is required to send a check or money order in advance. Once our accounts payable department receives it, funds are verified, and then the shipment is sent out. Depending on the customer’s location, this can slow delivery considerably. Sending the payment by airmail can expedite processing.
